Okay...here it goes...it starts today. I believe number one...I'm quitting alcohol. I don't like it...it adds about 500 calories a week to my diet and makes me feel sluggish.
I ran 3.4 miles today. Usually, on Fridays, I don't run because I sleep too late before work.
I'm also only allowing myself pb on Tuesday, Wed, and Thursdays. Maybe I'll eventually be able to stop it all together!

Hi Corrie,
I'm 23 and 5'4" also. I think you look amazing in your photo but also understand if you want to be a little skinnier also. Everyone has their ideal weight in their mind.
I really hope you the best of luck, and can totally understand about the alcohol (see my journal).
Although, I hate peanut butter! But my weakness is fried egg sandwiches so I suppose each to their own.
