@bunga rata" per minggu 1800 sih kalo liat apps Kalo g terlalu jajan 1600 1700 an Kalo lg kilap bisa 2000an Tapi biasanya tak buat minggu cheat day 2300an kalori Senin - rabu 1500 1600 an Kamis pasti jajan sekalian blanja 1700an Jumat sabtu kadang jajan kadang ga 1600 - 1900 an

Dulu 15 kg awal cuma jalan cepet pagi mix lari dikit" 4 bulan terakhir gym beban 1 jam ditambah tritmil stgh jam
