Woke up this morning feeling ready to tackle a pretty intense diet and exercise routine. Did VERy well today with lots of water, tea and coffee (black), my appetite suppressant pills and sushi + edamame for dinner. Even going out, Imanged to choose healthy. Tomorrow, I'd like to start the 4-day 18 pound challenge.
