sorry been away for awhile once again , Had another surgery recently and just havnt had the mindset to continue with this everyday as usual...but am back and taking baby steps..as am still healing...need to watch calories in and out and drink lotsa fluids..and start toning once again..like i said...baby steps but moving forward..^_^
