Doctor said I should try cutting back on my carbs...like to 50g a day...an Italian girl cannot live off of that lol but I will start to work on it

You can adjust for sure. Eating less processed is sometimes a good start as well as avoiding most added sugar. Good luck. I have low carbed for awhile and it is sort of second nature. Not Italian but I think most cultures have love affairs with some carbs. All in moderation and you will be fine

I think I will start with 100g and work backwards because taking away my carbs that fast will make my body mad...lol

Your doctor is a smart man. 50 carbs will keep you from gaining any more, 25 - 30 carbs will make you lose weight.
