I am tired!
Yesterday, I went grocery shopping and got all the sale items I could use. I spent the rest of the day cooking and planning for the next 2-3 weeks. Tried a couple of new recipes. Did my DVD workout and really felt like I was on a high. I had a good nights sleep. But today, I feel sluggish.
I want to do my C25K walk/jog, but my body is saying NO!
Tomorrow I drive for a couple of hours. Take my eldery parents to appts. and spend the day with them, doing whatever they need done. So I might not get my workout done tomorrow.
That means I better bite the bullet and make my body do what my mind knows it needs. It can rest after! There's no more cooking to do today. Meals are all ready to heat and eat.
OK here I go! Get it done before lunch.....
Alright!! I did it!! AND I feel so much better!!!
