186.6 today! I figured once I got past whatever was causing the yoyo effect last week I would have a decent drop. Down 1.8 lbs since my weigh in last Saturday.
One more workout, then I'm done until Monday. So glad, because if I were to use one word to describe me right now, it's 'tired'. lol
