186.6 today! I figured once I got past whatever was causing the yoyo effect last week I would have a decent drop. Down 1.8 lbs since my weigh in last Saturday.

One more workout, then I'm done until Monday. So glad, because if I were to use one word to describe me right now, it's 'tired'. lol

Thanks Teresa...I think the sinus issues are causing some fatigue. Can't think of any other reason I would feel so tired. School started back a couple of weeks ago, so if it were just change in routine I think I would have adjusted by now.
