The first time I was on Phase 1 I lost 18lbs the first 2 weeks. I was amazed to say the least, I hadn't lost even a pound in 5 or 6 years no matter how hard I tried. It was very encouraging....But I fell off the wagon because I was working a bunch of overtime and didn't have time to deal with getting meals together and it just went downhill from there. Since July I have gained back the 18lbs I had lost and gained another 5-7lbs on top of that. I'm worse off now than I was when I started last April. As of today, the last day of January, I am now 6lbs below what I started at in April, so at least I'm starting to make progress again. Since the 2nd of January I've lost 14-15lbs so I'm not doing too bad. I started Phase 2 last week and have started to level off so I'm going back on Phase 1 as of this coming Monday.
