I am below the calorie intake I should be at. I have not seen any changes. Is my metabolism slowing down? What should I change?

Just keep on doing what you're doing and be patient. Within a week or two if there is no movement on the scale you can re-evaluate and adjust, but your body needs some time sometimes to catch up to what you're doing and there are all sorts of factors involved like whether you're getting enough sleep, drinking enough water, etc. etc. The best advice I can give is to log your food diary as accurately as possible. It will help when you need to raise or lower calories as you go. All the best!
