6.5kg lagi siih tapi susahnyaaa mintaa wampuuun daah. banyak stuck drpd turunnya. kadang naik lagi bukan turun, pdhl kalori udh dikurangin olahraga gaspolll!!!haduuh apa yg harus hamba lakukaan 🤣😁😜
