Cutting carbs I’m assuming causes headaches? Because holy crap all week and especially today my head has its own heartbeat. Hurts like hell

you don't really have to cut carbs to lose weight you can't have it in moderation. completely cutting something isn't always a good idea

It does cause headaches. You can look up what is recommended to help. I think Himalayan sea salt helps

Just for a day if you went really low. Body sheds a lot of water and you need to make sure that you get electrolytes to replace (just normal salt is fine). Did you lose any water weight?

I tried a full keto diet for about 3 months. as your body learns to transition. from burning glucose to fat it's an adjustment. it's referred to as keto flu I've read. last a couple weeks untill the full transition happens. headache and for me moments of stupidity. my supervisor was attempting to explain something very simple and I was confused. body feels very similar to the flu from what I've read. after that you burn tons of fat. I got super lean but lost a bunch of muscle too. that's why I switched back. but to burn some serious fat it's great. I have also read to cycle it not just live on it forever.

I’ve been drinking G zero a lot more lately but damn...I drink water all day long minus my one cup of coffee and a little bit of juice I drink with my breakfast. But I’m also on blood pressure medicine so I have to watch the sodium intake too...I’m a mess right now lol

Your body is just adjusting to the new normal. Like every change in a way of eating or exercise it will take a little time to adjust. I am not lo carb or keto but similar effects are felt with any change in diet or exercise. I once gave up caffeine cold turkey and thought my head was going to explode but after a few days I was feeling better than ever. Give it some time and keep telling yourself you are in control of what you fuel your body with nutritionally and why you made that decision.

you may be having caffeine withdrawals if you cut out coffee/caffeine. I once vacationed with a friends family who only drank decaf coffee. Two days of agonizing pain and headaches they told me it was decaf coffee every a.m. I high tailed my butt to the nearest convenience store for a to go cup of coffee... add some caffeine back in and gradually reduce it daily. It has such an impact on your body that not many people realize. All the best to you !
