Hi I’m Sarah and I started my weight loss journey this week! After thinking 11 st 4 lb was huge and giving up on trying to lose the last 8 lb to get back into a healthy bmi range .. I quit my diet and now here I am just under 15 st!!

Due to health reasons and family life I got really comfortable snacking instead of eating 3 meals a day (I’m clever like that lol). If there is an excuse not eat a meal and snack instead I’ll find it, own it and that’s how I rolled!

I’m a single Mum to four children 2 grown and 2 very dependent upon me due to their autistic needs. This week for the first time in years I have joined the gym with my daughter so I can get back to my healthy self!
