First time I’ve ever made my own lasagna (not lived on my own for very long...) 690cals of pure tastiness if I do say so myself😋

2138 kcal Fat: 68.41g | Prot: 122.49g | Carbs: 252.14g.   Breakfast: Tesco Value Sunflower Spread, Fried Whole Wheat Puri or Poori Bread (Indian Puffed Bread), Egg, Aldi Baked Beans. Lunch: McVitie's Digestives, PG tips Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Kingsmill 50/50 Bread, Aldi Crisps, Tesco Value Sunflower Spread, Tesco Cooked Ham. Dinner: Lasagna. Snacks/Other: Sainsbury's Basics Jaffa Cakes, Aldi Ginger Nut Biscuit, PG tips Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Plums , Bananas . more...

Only 5% fat mince, makes such a different to the cals!!

Bulk it up with veg too - more filling and fibre etc - well done... looks delicious!

U must have lots left over then ! 😋 I always use 5% so true about the extra cals not forgetting fat ! X
