Yesterday my weight was down to 186. Had Chinese buffet for lunch after my daughter's ball game, and today I am at 186.8. Pretty typical after eating there...I ate what I usually do, and the sodium is almost always the culprit. Today I drink lots of water and hopefully tomorrow it will be back to normal. Very, very close to my 184.4 15 year low. Another couple weeks at most I should be in very foreign territory for me.

Changed up my menu this week...we almost always have tilapia on Sunday, but with the NFL back today and all the football watching we will be doing, I'm cooking turkey burgers and sweet potato fries for dinner. Love this time of year!
