Today I feel like "A MILLION BUCKS" my husband told me that he can tell I lost some weight and said I look great! ((blushing)) That was a motivation for me not to give up and continue my goal to lose weight!!!
So far I have lost 7 pounds! It might not be a whole lot but enough to make me feel like "I CAN DO THIS"! yay for me =)
ITS about making CHANGES without CHANGING WHO I AM =)
