冰箱空了!最近在學著不浪費食材
我會根據自己的目標,例如每日攝取20%碳水、30%蛋白質、50%脂肪,提前排好一週菜單(排個大概,一定會需要調整)
這樣的好處是不會貪心多買,不然按照我以前那種什麼都想買的買法,經常把菜、水果放到壞掉,又通通丟掉,超級浪費...然後還會被瘋狂唸(因為我買保養品也是如此,哈哈哈哈哈)
