今天早上去大採買了,這是一人大概一週份,我食量就是那麼大😂😂😂

中午米奇餐
安格斯肥牛炒蘆筍蘑菇
炒蛋
沙茶小白菜
麻油菠菜苗

只有一開始炒蛋,油比較多,牛肉本身有油,不用再放。沙茶跟麻油都是調味用,也只要一點點🤏

然後我做飯是不灑鹽跟放醬油的🤣🤣🤣
