I am afraid that I lost the plot on Thursday and managed to consume 3175cals. going out in the afternoon and drinking 2.5 pints of Guinness (enjoy it) added 500cals. and it just when down hill from there. Today I have thanks to the good weather been able to make amends 3.5 hours walking the hills with Boris, I did 9.2 mile and Boris with all the running about did double, happy dog. Have a good weekend all on FS.
