carbonya udah di pagi sama siang tadi.. ngejar 200gr protein dengan asupan kalori maksimum 2300kcal per hari, susah beneer

Coba makan ikan tuna, proteinnya tinggi

yes bro andyka, kadang juga makan pakai tuna kalengan yg pakai light olive oil, cuma kan tuna harganya mahal hehe jd better ayam atau telur lebih seringnya
