Hello everyone! I'm writing in the middle of the day mostly because I've been super busy all morning! Today, I feel GREAT! I woke up ready to go, and not even that sore, even though I pushed myself hard yesterday! I attended a conference where they served a lunch buffet. Even though I had a higher calorie lunch, most of the stuff on there (besides the pasta and cheesecake - which was only a bite) were pretty healthy so I'm pretty satisfied with myself. I think I ate more than I normally would because I had a light breakfast and a light second breakfast, but now that I'm fueled up, I'm raring to go! Plyo today and I'm kind of looking forward to it! Here we go!
