No weight loss this week. :( Clothes getting loose. :) Working out everyday. Successful at 2 exercise challenges. Body's tired at night. Sleeping well. Drinking lots of water. Eating well. Feeling great. Getting stuff done around home that I've been putting off for a while. All's good. The scale will move down next week.
