So i'm in the middle of this serious conundrum.

Today, all I had was half of a large Smoothie King Shredder with banana for lunch, and for dinner I had a super lean beef tenderloin, with about 1/2 cup of whole foods potato salad, and an awesome green salad with my very awesome homemade FAGE blue cheese dressing. Total: 1154 calories for the day.

Here's the thing: This morning, I worked out, so I've got a pretty solid deficit in terms of what I've taken in and what I've burned. And earlier, when i purchased my dinner items, I was sort of bad and bought a slice of Chocolate Cheesecake from Whole Foods.

NOW.

I'm not entirely sure what the nutrition info is on one of those, but it tastes so good that it can't possibly be under 400 calories. I guess I could look it up, but then I think it would ruin it for me if I DO decide to cave and eat it.. even though I'd only be up to 1500ish calories, which is still 300 less than my daily goal. I dunno. I dunno what to do, but this slice of cheesecake is sitting here staring at me and wanting to be dipped in my delicious tea that I'm drinking.. and I think time may be running out on my resolve. HELP?

I think the mistake was made when you went through with the purchase...lol. Don't give in, it is needless sugar that will be stored as fat when you go to sleep.

i wouldn't eat the slice of cheesecake now. wait until tomorrow. this brittany chick was kind to drop this wisdom. now i know that the idea of dessert is another enemy to slay. what i do when i get a sweet treat is throw part of it away. that way, i satisfy the craving and cut back on the calories to an extent. share it with someone if that makes it more logical than simply tossing some of it in the trash.

Thanks, guys. I've managed to stave off the urge for now. Because now it's bedtime. Your support was actually helpful though, seriously. I can't do this sh*t by myself.
