diet kok ngemil....lah klo tau prinsip dasar semua diet adlah ngurangin jumlah kalori harian mah enjoy aja tuh ngemil jg...paling tau resikonya kandungan gula di dlm mknan manis dlm kemasan itu tinggi,makanya pas klo ngopi tnpa gula baru ngemil,cucok bgt
