Man yesterday was super busy. I went to spin class and got my butt kicked. We had a different instructor than usuall and he has a completely different style of teaching. It was INTENCE! But I enjoyed it. As of yesterday I have dropped a few more lbs :) Haven't gotten on the scales yet today though. Got circuit trainging tonight. Hopefully we won't be running to much this week since my shins are still hurting a little. But hope everyone has a wonderful day.
