Yup, yesterday was a total write off...we made it through almost 2 bags(40 mini boxes) of Smarties, then had Chinese food for dinner. I didn't dare weigh myself this morning. I'm not eating well today...pannenkokken for breakfast, coffee...left over chinese for lunch...more coffee....but I am drinking LOTS of water. Trying to pull myself back onto the horse...lol! But I am in a much better mood, so it'll all work out, I'll get back on track. Maybe fish for dinner? Okay, probably not, but I do have chicken out, that's a start!!
I'll weigh myself tomorrow and post the damage.

chicken and water!! that sounds like a good start. Chinese Food is loaded with sodium and always makes me thirsty and then hungry again 30 minutes after I eat. Maybe you can get a little exercise in??

Thanks for the support!! I've been drinking water all afternoon, and going to have grilled chicken, steamed cauliflower, seared cabbage for dinner : )
