I love peanut butter! But I'll only eat 100% natural organic. Nothing else but peanuts!

Doesn’t that put you in a fog?

I've heard of brain fog and am interested in learning more. I don't notice much difference between when I eat oatmeal and when I eat salad for breakfast. The sugars in this meal pictured are actually pretty low, and the oatmeal and peanut butter keep me full until lunch time. The only time I noticed a significant difference in morning brain activity was when I tried putting ghee in my coffee. That sure gave me energy!
