Metabolisme bisa ikutan turun,jadinya nanti diet yoyo. Bahaya,ketika binge dikit naiknya banyak.

Batas minimal untuk RDI ditentukan gak atau harus 100%??

RDI atau TDEE perhtungannya sesuai yg km input. Kalo ada umur,berat badan,dan aktivitas fisik (dhi. Olahraga,NEAT ga dihitung). Kalo mau tau BMR itungan FS,coba cek istirahat dan aktivitas. Kl km input tidur 8 jam,rest/istirahat lgsg menghasilkan angka,nah itu BMR menurut FS. Kl mau cari second opinion bisa cek BMRcalculator.net atau TDEEcalculator.net.
