400 cals of pure goodness😍 these are banana pancakes, topped with fruit, lemon juice and sugar! The bananas were a week old, just about to go off which is when they are at their sweetest. Were so sweet, I felt like I was eating real pancakes. RECOMMEND!

how do you make yours? I found, I think, a SW recipe. I used 2 small bananas, blitzed 25gms of porridge oats to flour consistency, 1 large egg and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
Takes a bit more dry frying on a lower heat to cook, but filling like an American pancake

They do take a really long time to make tbh, but With everything going on, I had plenty of extra time on my hands so I didn’t mind haha. I only use two small bananas, 2 eggs and 1/2tsp of baking powder. Never tried it with oats! The pancake mixture comes to around 270calories

mine are 300 calories. add 100 for blueberries and fat free Greek yogurt. quite filling and not such an intense banana taste.
