今天总卡路里上1300了,蛋白质今天终于够啦!
早餐:煮鸡蛋2个,蛋白粉45g,脱脂牛奶250ml
午餐:允指鸡239g,无水蛋糕63g
晚餐:草莓197g,煮鸡蛋1个

我想问问这样纤维素够吗 会不会便秘啊?我怎么吃够了蛋白质就不够纤维素啊 1300一天太难了

我最近蛋白吃的少,那天是因为喝蛋白粉吃炸鸡了才够,平时都不够。反正经常三四天不上厕所,肚子里空的没东西,我消化也算好吧,只要不吃撑,基本上就消化完了没粑粑
