@Rosya diet defisit kalori, skrg Kcal saya 1.7K/hari, dan olahraga saya yaitu Squad jump shuffle 20x, Squad Jump Knee to Elbow 20x, Toe Touch 15x, Lunges Knee to Elbow 15x, Leg Raises 30x, Russian Twins 60x, Plank Knee to Elbow 25x dan Sit Up 25-30x(Dilakukan selama 4 set). Pas awal2 ikut plank chalenge 30, ditambah jogging minimal 4-5Km setiap hari tpi krna skrg wabah Corona jadi tidak jogging
