Weight upon waking this morning, 184.6! After my workout (and a whole bottle of water) it was 183.8. I'm right at that 184.4 goal I have had in the back of my mind, and well on my way to my 170 mega goal!
My push ups and sit ups are coming along nicely, especially the sit ups. Still have to do push ups against the wall, because of my rotator cuff. On the bright side, the isometrics seem to be helping that problem, I've noticed a little more range of motion the last few days, and less pain when reaching. My hope is that I can get it strong enough to allow me to do some real push ups eventually.
Life is busy, but I'm staying on track with the important things. Can't ask for more than that, I guess.
