Well, I just had fast food for lunch. My problem is the weekend. Now that the weekend is here, I have trouble staying on a diet. I think what I am going to do is make sure to exercise at least, and then just try not to overeat.
61.0 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.6 kg a Week

I was just saying the same thing to Pep about the excercise. The weekend is tough. When I was on the SOBE diet I always would break down. Gotta go Mel's hungry.
