What a weekend!! I almost want to drop from exhaustion! Over 20 hours of sitting on my rear in a hard chair, learning how to Double my Income doing what I love, How to Write a book and how to brand myself.
I'm now on my 2nd chapter of my book.
My eating was terrible - I stayed within my calorie range, but the choices weren't the wisest.
All well, went down another pound :)
No time to get to gym over weekend but more than made up in other ways with my sweetie... going to gym today.
