Still alive! Just got tired of weighing and tracking food about two months ago and decided to play it by ear for a while. So far, so good. Weight increased a little the first month, held completely steady the second. Enjoying a nice balanced diet with a little bit of everything.
Only weighing myself once or twice a month too....using the notches in my belt and the mirror seems to work perfectly well. At this rate, though, I may not have any use for FatSecret any more. That's probably a good thing, right?

Hi Nimm... I also stopped weighing and logging food.... So far so good. Like you, I use my belt / clothes to tell me when to cut back. I occasionally weigh, but have pretty much stayed constant. I log food occasionally on MFP - in fact I am currently doing that, over the past few days... Just to check really. Amazingly, some days I am only consuming 600-900, then it will be 1200, then 1500 then back down low, then up high.... I am just eating when I am hungry.
