i put on a pair of jeans yesterday that were a lil too tight a month ago.. i mean they were so tight at the waist i could barely button them, but when i tried them on yesterday there was no bulge at the top and i had to fold the top over.. I'm pretty happy about that.. And also when i dont really have to time to go to the gym.. i do this 55 min,2 mile walk dvd.. when i first read about it On Demand.. i was like how do u walk in place for 2 miles, but man did i sweat my butt off now i try to do it every other day..
