I work and have teenagers involved in lots of sports activities and an 8 month old daughter. I've learned to fit exercise in while at work by walking during my breaks. I mapped out a mile long track and if I walk fast I can fit it in in 15 minutes. You may want to start with something shorter and build yourself up. I also stopped at the office door, hit my trip meter and drove until it turned to .1 miles and now I park in that spot every day. It forces me to walk at least .2 miles a day, if I don't go out for lunch and am not able to fit walks in during my busy day. Good luck on your quest for weightloss. :)
