Stayed on track since Saturday. I like being in the right frame of mind and eating good. The only thing I don't like is that when I do start eating right and keep myself busy most of the day my sleep at night doesn't do me very good. Toss and turn all night. Not sure what to do about that. Have a goal get down to 153 by Oct. 1. That my sons 6th birthday and it would get me down to what I was back in March. Wish me luck. Need to really stick with it. Gonna work hard.
