SERABI OATMEAL KEJU
Bahan :
4 sdm quacker oat merah/biru
1 sdm fibercreme (boleh pake susu low fat/full cream sekitar 50 ml)
Sejumput baking powder
Sejumput garam
Parutan keju cheddar 20 gram
3 biji kurma
50 ml susu full cream buat cocolan (atau boleh pake 1sdm fibercreme seduh air hangat)
Cara buat :
1. Seduh oatmeal dengan sedikit air panas.
2. Tambahkan susu full cream 50 ml. Jangan terlalu encer.
3. Tuang adonan ke teflon anti lengket. Taburkan keju diatasnya. Masak dgn api kecil. Jangan lupa ditutup.
4. Tunggu adonan matang sekitar 3 menit.
5. Tidak usah dibalik. Langsung di angkat dan letakkan di piring.
6. Bisa dimakan langsung, bisa dicocol2 pake susu, abon, dll sesuaikan aja dgn selera masing2❤️
