Note to self: the combination of high fiber cereal and sugar-free candy is a recipe for flatulence. Must cut back on one/both of these.

Yup! LOL. Yes, the sugar substitute in those candies is definitely not meant to be consumed in large quantities. They're sugar alcohols (maltitol, xylitol, etc.) and they do cause gas. Yesirree! I'd keep the cereal and edge out the candies to one or two a day. Your body will "aclimatize" to the fiber over time and stop the overproduction of "fluffies" :)
