Slept till 10am, and on the road grocering by 11am. Just got home at 2pm and have to leave for work at 3pm. Atkins shake for breakfast and a healthy choice dinner for lunch with 1 plain sl. wheat bread, Healthy choice entree and 1/2 chicken breast for dinner, 1 banana, 1apple, baby carrots for snack, 7carmel corn mini rice cakes, tons of water.= 21points out of 24per day.
