So far so good.... I am nervous for this weekend though. We are going to a big Halloween party. I don't seem to do too bad until the morning after, then I want to eat EVERYTHING in sight! I am going to try really hard though. We really don't have any junk food in the house so hopefully I will be fine there.

I find that keeping busy is the key. If I am sitting around watching T.V. I want to munch just because I am bored! Good luck:)

Be bored is the thing with me...if i don't have something to do...i fine myself wanting to munch on everything and anything...keep busy that is the key...good luck

Have fun at your party, don't be nervous. Dance, move and have an active, but safe party. Save some points for a little treat so you don't feel totally deprived. Also, drink a lot of water before going. You will be fine.

Try to stay focused but not obsessive at your party... that could backfire. Give yourself a little treat, but don't have the whole plate. That will be my strategy. This is my daughter's Bday weekend, that means good-badstuff... with frosting! If I try not to have any at all, I might throw in the towel again. Moderation. You can do it and you can know that you aren't the only one struggling over the weekend. Have a great weekend celebrating the strong person you are!!!!
