bb awal 93,
ikut debm jadi 82,
sekarang defisit kalori jadi 76,
lagi stuck di BB 76 😢
susahnya nurunin lagi😭
bantu aku donk temen 2 gimana caranya gak stuck gini BB nya😭
aku dah olahraga teratur hampir setiap hari dan kalori defisit dari target ku kurangin 400 kal setiap harinya😢
tapi masih stuck😭
