Hi decided yesterday to stop acting the twit and get on a healthy eating plan, Im a one who thinks they know everthing bout food, calories, point, I know it but Im so lazy I dont work it,
Then today I had a McDonald double cheese burger, and I hate them ????
This is kind of thing that destroys my weight loss, and it is too wet, total downpour to go for a walk.
recently Ive developed Philipitis and walking is very diffcult, Ive tried walking up and down the stairs, but too painfull.

Well end of day its been a good food, diet day. Have my next 3 days planned so will be busy in my danger time of eating
