Thank goodness for this diet calendar; TODAY I HAVE CONSUMED 91% sugar!!!!!! I have never done this much (I should be bouncing off the walls). Had some candy but what really did me in was a salad dressing, so after I ate as much as I liked, I tossed it out!!!!!!!! Here's to better days-I have not improved as I said I would a few days ago...........AS OF NOW I am back on track!

Good for you throwing out the dressing. I hate doing that I feel I'm throwing away money when it can still be used, but if its not good for us, its the best way to rid the temptation.
