Was stuck for a long time at one weight, so I started looking for trigger foods. My number one suspect was beer, not that I drink a lot of it, but any more than 1 beer seems to stop my weight loss. I try to stay away from it, and my weight has been steadily dropping ever since. On the home stretch to my goal weight now and under 1 bowling ball to go.
