Was shocked when I stepped on the scale and it said I lost weight! That's always an awesome feeling. Did something last week that I haven't done in more than 10 years - I bought a bathing suit. I need to increase my activity and thought the best way to do that would be to do the one exercise I love -swimming. If I go early in the morning, there aren't a lot of people there so I won't feel as self-conscious as I normally would. Love to swim. Hope my next figure will be below 290.
