Inches lost: 1 inch waist and 1 inch hips (35.5 and 38.5)(the total from two measurements, example: waist/hips, chest/waist, round to the nearest 1/2 inch)
NET Carb counts: Mon=18.6 Tues=21.2 Wed=17.4 Thurs=20.13 Fri=12.64 Sat=18.9 Sun=22.3 (planned) I'll update if we change what we plan on eating.
Weekly challenge accomplishments: Reviewed 2 recipes..had a tough week but I think the peaches were the culprit so I'm back to losing...not much, but it's still losing! Plus I didn't think I lost any inches but I measured three times and it shows I did..whoo hooo!!! (please include all your personal challenge accomplishments, example:"week2 reviewed 3 recipes"
