Inches lost: i didnt track inches but will try this week NET Carb counts: Im missing tuesday but i know it is very high. Should I guess maybe 40? I didn't know I was still in the challenge and I ate junk and was a sad day.
Mon=22 Tues= I over did it this day, didn't think I was in the challenge Wed=18 Thurs=14 Fri=20 Sat=17 Sun= i think it will be a low day, 12 according to my menu
