So Ive been doing this thing where I drink a whole glass of water before I eat a meal And I make sure that I drink another glass while I'm eating and I think its been working. Today I ate breakfest so late that I just decided to skip lunch. I know thats not good either. But, I'm also trying to eat more vegies. And since I have been steaming everything my daughter loves Them now. Well I got a busy day tomorrow. Goodnight!

Sounds like you have a handle on things for you and your daughter. I agree with her things are much better steamed. Have a great weekend.
