Smoothies itu minuman campuran buah dan yogurt,,, cm itu gak q blender,, cm q potong2,, jd sebenernya lebih mirip es buah versi yogurt kali yaa yg q buat,, tp enak kok dan lebih rendah kalori ketimbang es buah,,, hihii😜🤭
